The course is for master gelato makers and pastry chefs who wish to increase the appreciation of artisan gelato by offering it in a traditional way but with a modern twist.
The Not Only Gelato course offers the creation of artisan preparations at the basis of gelato, considering the theoretical and practical aspects of all the phases of the process.
